After the gala dinner ends, we open the doors for everybody to join us for a drink in the bar and DJ entertainment.

The Menu

Enjoy a wonderful 3 course banquet dinner with entertainment!
  • Starter: Arctic char with sour cream, herbs and dill emulsion, cauliflower and rice-chips.
  • Main: Lamb with oven-baked root vegetables, baked morene potatoes with browned butter and thyme sauce.
  • Dessert: Chocolate mousse "Quenelle", sea-buckthorn purée, mango salad, raspberry sorbet, pecan crush and fresh raspeberries.

​Vegetarian Alternative
  • Starter: Beetroot and chevre salad
  • Main: Quorn fillet with asparagus beans, collard greens, ovenbaked potatoes and mushroom sauce.
  • Dessert: Chocolate mousse
