How do I pay my entry?
We recommend you have your credit- or debit card ready when you enter your cat(s). At the end of registration you will see a button for payment. By paying immediately you skip hassle of paying over bank account and adding expensive dues.
What are the qualifications? Can I enter my cat?
Only cats of fully recognized breeds and their fully recognized varieties as well as house cats belonging to individual FIFe members may participate in the World Show. Qualification requirements can be found here.
May I present my cat to the judge myself?
You may present your own cat(s) to the judge yourself. If you need any assistance, there will always be a steward to help you next to the judge.
How will the veterinary contorl take place?
The cats will be randomly chosen for the full veterinary check, but all cats entering to the show venue will be checked for valid vaccinations and other necessary documents.
The veterinary examination time is on Saturday will be informed at a later stage. A veterinary will be available on site on Saturday and Sunday.
For those who will need a veterinary to fill in some travel papers, the veterinary onsite will be able to help you with this, during the weekend. If there are any questions related to this, contact us via the Contact page.
What are the needed vaccinations for the participating cats? Any medical requirements?
All participating cats must be vaccinated and a vaccination certificate is checked on all cats entering the show hall.
Vaccinations against feline panleukopenia, feline calici virus and feline herpes virus must be valid and taken at least 15 days prior to the show. The last day for booster vaccination is on 18th of October 2024.
Cats entering Norway from other countries must be vaccinated against rabies. The vaccination must be taken at least 21 days before entering the country. There is an exception from cats coming from Sweden.

White cats must have a veterinary certificate stating that they are not deaf. House cats older than 10 months must have a certificate stating they are neutered.
How are exhibitors placed in the show hall?
Exhibitors are placed in rings. If this will be by country or breed, will be decided upon a bit later.
Type of cages available will be announced a bit later. We do encourage you to bring your own show-cage.
May I bring my own showcage?
Yes, you can bring your own show cage. We acutually encourage it! Visitors must be able to see the cat(s).
If you cannot bring your own cage there are available cages which you specify when you sign up for the show.
How does the schedule for the weekend look like?

Can I leave the show earlier if I have a flight scheduled home on Sunday evening?
It is not allowed to leave the show hall before the end of the show at a World Winner Show.
In some specific circumstances, and only if you send a written request to the show manager, at least one month before the World Show, you may be granted an exception. Please write your request via the form under menu option Contact with all the data (time and flight schedule) and the team will get back in touch with you as soon as they can.
How much for parking my car at the venue?
Rates: NOK 15kr an hour and 220kr per day. Read more here:
All parking is indoors underground. Max height is 2 meters and 30 centimeters.
Will there be chairs available for the exhibitors?
Yes, chairs can be rented. Price for rental will be updated during 2024.
When and how can I register for the gala dinner?
Oslofjord Convention Center will also host our galla dinner. You find more information about how to register, and what the menu will be like under this link.
When is the show open to the public and how much does it cost?
Door opens to the public at 11.00 in the morning saturday, from 10.00 on sunday. Show closes for the public at 17.00 both days. How much it will cost will come closer to the venue dates.
In Norway we use the Norwegian crown (NOK). You can pay at the show with a credit or debet card. Entries are also done in NOK. At current time, the currency is 100 NOK = 11,50 Euros.
Any arrangement-page will be set up and announced through this Facebook-page and the web-page you are now visiting.
Please do not trust any other page, group or even friend-profiles if they are not mentioned at our official website. Be also aware of any web-sites that might pop up in the intention of scamming. Only use payment methods provided through registration and entry of your cats and when booking accomodation with Oslofjord Convention Center.
